STVI-2 solar simulators
STVI-2 SOLAR SIMULATOR is an integral part of the state-of-the-art test facility designed to perform thermal vacuum tests of optical and electronic systems intended for space use.
Along with the simulator, the facility is equipped with a collimator to perform optical measurements of the systems under test in simulated space environment. The Solar simulator is particularly unique with its cold main mirror, thermally adjustable up to -60C in course of tests in order to redirect solar beam to various areas of the test subject.
The Solar simulator is adjustable per sun angle to test optical and electronic systems intended for space application.
